A Virtual Assistant is an independent contractor who provides professional quality administrative services (including word processing, data processing, business plans, marketing support, human resource support, research) and other specialized services (like web design, bookkeeping, real estate support) to businesses and individuals. Tasks or Projects are communicated to the virtual assistant via the internet, phone, fax or courier and sometimes for local clients onsite.

A Virtual Assistant can also be called upon for specific projects, overload or at times when your staff are sick or on vacation.  You’re not limited to the regular 9 to 5 either as our schedules are flexible.  As we work with no supervision you can depend on having your work completed on time, every time.
