Rates & Terms

Clients may choose either to retain services on either an hourly or retainer basis.  

General hourly support is invoiced at $35 per hour.  Support is provided on a first come first served basis with scheduling priority being given to retainer clients.  A deposit is required prior to the commencement of work with the balance becoming due on completion.

Retainer clients receive the benefit of a reduced hourly rate depending on the number of hours retained, together with guaranteed time and availability.

Monthly Retainer Plans: 10 hours -   $33.00 per hour, 20 hours - $32.00 per hour, 30 hours – $30 per hour.  Retainer Plans are invoiced prior to the beginning of each month and payment must be received before work commences.  Retainer plans are not transferable or refundable.  Unused hours may be carried over to the following month at our discretion.

Incidental out of pocket expenses including, but not limited to, long distance phone calls, postage, courier, fax and mileage will also be invoiced to the client.  All fees and charges are in Canadian Dollars and an itemized accounting is provided to every client.  Invoices outstanding after 30 days from the invoice date will accrue interest at the rate of 2% per month.  All NSF cheques are subject to a $35 service charge.

At this time, we accept online payments via direct deposit and business or personal checks. First projects for new clients and all projects over $100 require a 50% deposit.
